Surface pre-treatment

To maintain the coherence and aesthetics of the vehicle, the body and chassis are painted separately and prior to mounting any installation.

-The chassis is subjected to a chemical treatment in order to open the pore of the aluminium surface and ensure the adhesion of the paint.

-The bodywork, on the other hand, is sandblasted with stainless steel grit preparing the surface to ensure correct paint adhesion.

Paint application

In order to achieve a long-lasting and homogeneous paintwork on Tisvol tippers, a first coat of primer is applied. On metallic surfaces this first coat is necessary in order to act as a support for the paint to ensure the best adhesion of the paint.

Once the primer has been applied, the aluminium surface is ready to receive the paint.

On Tisvol semi-trailers, the paint used is acrylic polyurethane enamel, which is applied in 2 phases to ensure a homogeneous distribution and a high gloss finish.

Quality Control

Strict quality control is essential to verify that the paint finish of the vehicles is EXCELLENT.

In addition to regular adhesion tests, thickness and gloss measurements and monitoring of the various parameters that affect the paint process, the vehicle undergoes a thorough inspection after completion to detect any anomalies that may affect the aesthetic finish.
