The material used in the manufacture of Tisvol swingarms is always the highest quality on the market.
We must ensure that they meet the optimum hardness qualities.
Being a vehicle manufacturer is much more than producing them and in Tisvol we have it very clear. That is why the traceability of all materials is paramount for us: knowing which materials, people and robots built each unit gives us the security of being able to anticipate any corrective action. From the approval of a new order to the delivery of the vehicle, at Tisvol we document each step, thus supporting all the processes involved.
One-piece floor plates less than 11,500 mm.
We guarantee the best aluminum in both the sheet and the rims. Costellium, Hydro, Alcoa … All the materials used by Tisvol are certified and with values always higher than those required by the standard. The selection of strategic suppliers is vital, since part of the success depends on them. That is why we select them according to our own values: reliability, quality, durability, experience, international coverage and prestige.
The process of building a Tisvol includes more than 40 robots that are part of the production process, more than 4km of welding per unit and more than 1,000 screws.
