DOOR TYPES

1 piece inlaid door

It is the most reliable option in all types of loads that require a tilting discharge. Its profile with integrated labyrinth and rubber seal housing make it the safest and most waterproof option.

1 piece inlaid door with side opening

This door combines the advantages of the door of 1 piece with the versatility that gives you the option of lateral opening; By folding the leaf to one side, the entire free download entrance remains.

Universal door

This solution allows you to use the door as a complete leaf in tilting mode or as two book-type opening leaves with any of the combination of spagnolette lock and crossbar you choose: two espagnolette locks or complete lock plus half espagnolette lock and with or without upper crossbar, this allows you to fix the tarpaulin in the upper threshold and, simultaneously, open the doors.

Of course, this upper crossbar is usable from the floor and you can remove it by folding it to the side that most interests you.

One universal leaf

In those transports that use the tilting discharge or need to open horizontally without losing leak-tightness, we have the solution with this door: with a lateral espagnolette lock that ensures the best closure.

Two leaves

For those transports that do not need the tilting opening, we have the traditional two-leaf door available.

Hydraulic door

Different doors have the option of the hydraulic version. This option allows you to open the door automatically when you start tilting.

Smooth finished door

Both the 1-piece and the universal door have the option of a smooth finish, much cleaner and more aesthetic, with the same resistance.

Inclined door finish

The 1 piece door, you can select it with the 15º inclined door finish.

CHARACTERISTICS

  1. The joint: The accommodation for the joint should be the appropriate one. If the space is large, it does not fulfill its function. In Tisvol we know it and we give it a lot of importance, that’s why it is one of the main aspects in the design of the door profiles.
  2. Labyrinth: Its function is to make leakage difficult: the joints are responsible for the fluids and the labyrinths of the solids.
  3. Trap door: We create doors with one, with two or without trapdoors, as you need. The drive can be manual with our renowned ergonomic handle that has received so many praises; or pneumatically operated, the best option when it is not possible to get off the truck while unloading.
  4. Height of the trap door: It depends directly on the type of door, in the case of universal doors and 2 leaves the trapdoor is at ground level. For 1-piece doors the standard height is 170mm and if it is VR 80mm. If you need to reduce this distance: there is the option, for 1-piece doors, to manufacture the trapdoor at a height of 13mm, practically at ground level.
  5. Double hinge: A rocker with two hinges prevents the door from suffering during unloading, saving tensions in the articulated axis of the door.
  6. Multiple thicknesses: Tisvol doors have two finishes available: standard, 4 mm thick; and the reinforced, 6 mm. Both with the best aluminum in the market. [+ info about aluminum in Tisvol]
  7. Types of closing: There are 3 possibilities for locking the doors in their tilting opening:
    1. Chains: It is the most comfortable system. Due to its structure, when tilting the swingarm, the triggers are released and when they are lowered they are fixed. Its maintenance is minimal: tighten the chain with the joint stud when needed and oil the bolts periodically.
    2. Pneumatic: There are two ways to produce the closure by pneumatic cylinders of simple effect: either commanded by a switch, or commanded automatically by the TSV, which releases the triggers when the unit starts to tilt.
    3. Pneumatic with actuators: The operation is the same as the tire, but a safety system is incorporated that blocks the closure in case of air loss.
  1. Pins under the fasteners: Some people prefer to check visually that the closing of the door is locked mechanically. A pin is the simplest and safest way to do it.
  2. Reinforced closure: two nails, three handles and two side closures.
  3. Super reinforced closure: three nails, four handles and four side closures.
  4. Centering guides: These small parts assure us the guidance during the closing.
  5. Stainless steel doors in one piece: If you prefer the stainless steel you can have this type of material in handles, hooks, espagnolette locks and other parts.
  6. Complete opening of the book-type leaves: With the exclusive Tisvol technology we achieve that the doors are reduced 270º and that they are parallel to the side.
  7. Customized closures on each door: double security espagnolette lock on universal single-leaf doors from 1,800 mm.

Accessories and options for doors

Chain: Regulate the opening of the door with a chain, since there are times when you can not empty the load at once. Small details that we adapt to your needs.

Threaded lateral lock: Improves security in the closure, new addition to our range of solutions.

Stainless steel finishes: For the most aggressive work environments.

How is a Tisvol door made?

The machining center is an impressive station: It allows us to manufacture the most complex designs of our engineering team. The crossbars and profiles of the Tisvol doors represent a manufacturing challenge for most machining centers. We like to remember the investment in this station as the first step in what is today one of the most advanced aluminum production centers in Europe.

The D / F station (Doors and Frontals): It is equipped with an impressive five-axis robot that is in charge of the welding of the Tisvol doors. Fix and weld the frame and ribs with the highest precision and ideal parameters.

The assembly: Simple, by its own weight. The rocker supports the union and gives the necessary rotation. A complex operation performed in a simple way, is our way of making sure that everything is well adjusted.

Fit test: In one of the final manufacturing stations. The adjustment of the door is checked: opening and closing, as well as the fluidity of the leaves. In this way a perfect functioning of the doors is guaranteed.
