POWER SYSTEMS

The perfect complement for your Tisvol

Electric system

  • Armored electrical system: Aspöck brand electrical system with front connection box, with two pin connection of seven pins (ISO1185 / ISO3731) and 1 × 15 pins (ISO72570), IP 67 tightness and approved for ADR. Composed by: LED position lights on the side and front, fixed on the chassis, with intermittence according to regulation 48R.06; two multifunction tail lights with integrated triangle EUROPOINT III FULL LED; acoustic signal for lifting and reversing; and third LED brake light.
  • ECAS electronic suspension: Wabco ECAS electronic suspension system. The pneumatic suspension management is carried out from an electronic module located in the EBS. The system regulates the height of the suspension depending on the speed, saving fuel.
  • Work lighting spotlights: One, two or four in the location you choose, with LED lighting.
  • Side lights: Standard fixed to the body and, optionally, on the side of the body. They help maneuver the days of poor visibility. They blink with the direction of the turn signal and comply with the requirements of regulation 48R.06 on lighting and signaling.
  • Maximum inclination warning rotary: Activated as a light signal when it detects that the tipper is too inclined to attempt a discharge. As standard in Coroa.

Pneumatic system

  • Color code of the pneumatic system, easy to identify.
  • Static Stability System TSV: During unloading, the system detects that the box is taking off from the chassis and the diapreses of the suspension are deflated. The center of gravity of the set is low and you can download from more stable supports.
  • Braking system EBS (Electronic Brake System) 2S / 2M with two sensors and two modulators: Category A with compliance with ADR regulations and dynamic stability system type RSS installed. Equipped with cameras and actuators with parking function on the two rear axles and with simple cameras on the first axis. A standard installed pressure tap that allows ITV to pass without a load. Connection record located in the lateral control panel.

Hydraulic system

  • Hydraulic central and raised sockets make it easier to connect and disconnect, avoiding the nodes between hoses.
  • 1 or 2 hoses: with a hose, the connection is direct; with two, we insert a distributor and mount a cylinder protection system at its maximum inclination. We adapt to the solution that best meets your needs.
  • Wide variety of hydraulic connections: We adapt to most standard connections.
  • Autonomous tipping device: If necessary, we can equip the entire hydraulic system to operate the cylinder independently of the tractor. This system is ideal in non-specialist fleets with high-rotation tractors.

Technological accessories

  • Self inflating system SAF Tire Pilot: The way to maintain optimal pressure on all tires and thus save on fuel.
  • Smartboard: It is a Wabco data control system that, as standard, offers the following functions:
    • Mileage counter
    • Warning and fault display.
    • Measuring values of the brake and suspension system, very useful when preparing the fault history
    • Display of load in each axle.
  • Improves Smartboard features:
    • Tire pressure control. With the OptiTire system you can monitor the pressure of your tires in real time.
    • Load vision cameras that allow visualizing the interior of the body while loading.
    • Electronic immobilization of the semi-trailer.
    • Indicator of wear of pads. You will receive the visual warning on the smartboard that the life of the pads is coming to an end and you can schedule a visit to the workshop.
    • Vehicles connected via Optilink or iTap can synchronize the semi-trailers with your tablet or smartphone and monitor a large amount of information.
  • COLAS valve. This mechanism is in charge of regulating the height of the suspension to the optimum running position, regardless of the position in which the valve was left.
  • Electronics and big data offer us the possibility of reducing the turning radius. The semi-trailer detects when it is making a prolonged turn and frees the third axis from loading, so the rotation is made in a smaller space. Solution provided by the Wabco Optiturn.

HOW A TISVOL IS BUILT

The process of building a Tisvol includes more than 40 robots that are part of the production process, more than 4km of welding per unit and more than 1,000 screws.

An automation of more than 85% of the welding process in all its joints to obtain a maximum level of quality and a guarantee that the manual process can not sustain over time. The welding stations are automated with 3 or 5 axis robots equipped with the highest technology in CNC.

All this automated assembly is born from the dream of the founders, the vision of the direction and the execution of all the human team that forms Tisvol, and that is not to forget that touch of craftsmanship, the know-how of our staff, with many years of experience applied to each vehicle. Surprise yourself knowing how a Tisvol is built:
