We develop our own chassis with the best raw material and an innovative technology that achieves, probably, the best aluminum chassis on the market.
Chassis beams of 2 DS-1 model parts
A single longitudinal weld bead, without transverse welds that weaken the base material. This is how the T’s are always complete, without splices.
Frame of the chassis
The compact structure of the chassis with union reinforcements between bridges and stringers provides a greater resistance to the set of the chassis.
Coroa Chassis

Chassis with gooseneck in long vehicles
On models without Coroa option, the gooseneck option may be the solution. It diminishes the height to the ground, which supposes an advantage, although its structure penalizes the tare.

Solve your doubts about the height of the bumpers.
Depending on the length of the vehicle, it is regulated by a collapsible bumper, with different heights compared to the ground level depending on whether the suspension is up / down, or extendable bumper with a fixed height with respect to the ground.
Asphalt kit
It consists of the steel tops that protect the shaft, the folding flap that does not engage with the asphalt machine and safeguards the pilots and the special blue rubber seal suitable up to 200ºC.
The finishes are fundamental
In Tisvol we have exclusive finishes such as the toe of the chassis and many more details that differentiate it. Like the rubber gasket in the bumper bar groove: Small details make us great.
We prevent possible accidents by preventing material from being deposited in the slots during unloading and from being projected to another vehicle when the semi-trailer is in motion.
