Security
It is the key concept of Coroa. The design of our engineers, with European patent, manages to reduce the height of the load with the straight chassis and in one piece. What many pursue but only Tisvol does.
Chassis
The base of Coroa. Total reduction of bending moments caused by the discharge. The tilting process is the most demanding: with the position of the cylinder on the kingpin, the chassis must not bear any deformation. Therefore, the chassis height is reduced by 70 mm thus lowering the center of gravity and, together with a greater width, a unique stability is achieved in the market.
The Body
With two body options: the CC and the E-30. Both combine exceptionally with the chassis.
- The body CC in its Coroa version has a greater interior width than the standard CC.
- The E-30 maintains the level of exclusivity required by the premium Coroa range.
Optimized profiling
The size is reduced to increase the load capacity without losing resistance.
Hybrid frontal (H)
Exclusive to Coroa, the H Frontal combines the characteristics of Frontal I and Frontal E. It has an inclination of 8º that facilitates unloading after transport, balances the forces with its cylinder on the kingpin and its configuration is lighter. The entire system has an exclusive European patent from Tisvol.

Tilt optimization technology
The tipper lift is the most compromised operation of the semi-trailers. Exceeding 11,000 mm in height is an engineering challenge. With the intention of improving stability and safety, the Coroa range includes, as standard, the premium version of the world’s leading cylinder manufacturer: Hyva. Its exclusive model for Tisvol Spain is the Hyva 179 model, the ultimate expression in cylinder technology.
