The best protection of the load

The lateral tarpaulin coverage system is the main method in higher volume vehicles. This system achieves the best results of protection of the load against external elements such as water or air. Its simple operation makes it possible to adapt the canvas to high loads, adapting to the contour.

Density of the canvas: the standard Tisvol canvas is reinforced. It consists of a series density of 900g / m2. This high value makes it more resistant to extreme climates and intensive use. It also has reinforcements in areas of greater wear or those areas that work in contact with other parts of the vehicle.
Flame retardant canvas: Fulfilling the ADR depends, among other things, on the fact that the cover canvas is fireproof. It is one of the options available in the Tisvol catalog.
Translucent center in side opening canvas: A translucent white stripe of 1,000 mm in the central part of the canvas allows you to see the inside of the tipper from the hatches if necessary.
Bush for tensioner cable: As standard on all lateral tarpaulins. It is a cap with two key characteristics: it is made of cast iron and has an optimal design that allows to always put the tensioning cables.
Types of arches:
All Tisvol arches are made of galvanized steel, and these are the five models we have:
1. Standard model: curved arch 30x50mm. Extensible with Catalan closure.
2. Model option 2: curved arch of 30x50mm. Extensible without Catalan closure.
3. Model option 3: curved arch of 30x50mm. This arch is fixed.
4. Model for reduced panel profile: curved arch that embraces the profile. Extensible with Catalan closure.
5. Special model: curved arch integrated in the upper profile.
Types of tarpaulin stops: With the addition of the new top of rotary and folding tarpaulin, the list of available stops, is as follows:
1. No. 1: Straight
2. Nº 5: Layered Standard
  The standard elbow is the top of tarpaulin that is placed as standard.
3. Swivel and Folding Stop
  This type of stop will be standard on the Coroa model.
  And on the other hand it will be mandatory, for functional reasons when picking up the tarpaulin and removing the arches, that the vehicles have this stop when we select the reduced upper profile (width 48 mm) for panel vehicles, or when we select integrated arcs in top box.
Stud with guide in the tapes of the lateral opening tarpaulin: Minimizes the vibration of the canvas when it is circulating at high speed, thus increasing its useful life.
Tubes and inner lining of canvas: Standard finish with tubes, but if you need to wear high bulky loads, we propose the replacement of the tubes by tapes from the front to the door. This solution, in addition, occupies less when collecting it up.

GUIDED TARPAULIN

The safest option

It is the coverage solution in which the user does not have to work at height. It is the safest option both in its manual version and in the electric version.

Density of the canvas: Density and flexibility are fundamental aspects in the resistance of the canvas. An excessive rigidity would cause cracks due to fatigue, a very low density would reduce the resistance to the weather, air and water. That is why in Tisvol we apply the optimum density in our compound: 640 g / m2.
Flame retardant canvas: Fulfilling the ADR depends on this characteristic. That’s why it’s available in the Tisvol catalog.
Arched in the Tisvol sliding tarpaulin: It is 400 mm in the corner of the arch and 480 mm in the highest point of the barrack in the center of the arch, this fall improves the response to extreme rains avoiding the accumulation of water.
Preparation of frontal in sliding tarpaulin: You want to mount a different tarpaulin. From its design, we think about all the future components to adjust the frontal, thus we achieve the adaptability to any tarpaulin.
Folded from the tarsier curtain in Tisvol sliding tarpaulin: You can choose between manual, semi-automatic (self-folding and extended manual) or fully automatic.
Stainless steel in all bases of the arches of the Tisvol sliding tarpaulin: The maximum prevention against corrosion that directly affects the movement of the tarpaulin on the guides.

Bi-metallic guides: The tarpaulin glides like silk. An aluminum outer profile designed so that the material is not deposited in the guide and with a steel interior so that the sheaves slide perfectly.
Tube that allows the guiding of the cable of the electric motor of the Tisvol tarpaulin: It serves as guide and protection to the wiring and maximizes the reliability.
Internal strap of the guided tarpaulin: With this novelty we ensure the correct folding towards the outside of the canvas and increase its durability avoiding pinching.
Operation of the manual guided tarpaulin: With the double reducer, the drive is much more comfortable for you and ensures that the canvas is always tensioned. However, the chain is available if you prefer.
Ladder on the front: Easy access to the sliding tarpaulin mechanism. It is advisable to install a ladder on the front. There are two versions: collapsible or fixed.
