The Organic range is focused on recycling and classifying waste to meet the specific needs of this type of transport, its design and accessories facilitate this task.
MEASUREMENTS
Three possible lengths
Three possible lengths combined with a range of heights: 9,100 mm, 9,600 mm and 10,600 mm in length; and between: 1,600 mm and 1,900 mm in height. Resulting capacity: between 35 m3 and 50 m3.
INCLINATION
Defines the quality of the discharge
In Organic, the degrees of inclination define the quality of the discharge; and the safety with which they are achieved, the quality of the vehicle.
The R & D department offers 48º / 50º inclinations depending on the model.
THE SEALING
Plate and ribs
In bodies of plate and ribs (CC), Organic is superior.
In the case the E30 panel body, as standard with complete interior welding. The vehicles in this range offer the possibility of an internal leak test by means of a water load test.
CLEANING
Self-cleaning equipment
A cleaning equipment with a 120 liter boiler and a 14 meter hose with pressurized water will allow your Organic to look like the first day.
Floor covering
Stainless or Quicksilver
Stainless steel mounting or Quicksilver coating on the aluminum floor.
Chassis
Standard series width of 1,400 mm
The Organic range offers maximum stability in both tilting and driving.
BODYWORKS
Two posibilities
Plate and ribs CC: Optimizes the tightness and minimizes the risk of leakage in the transport of liquids.
E-30 Panel: It facilitates its cleaning as well as offering, with the same dimensions, greater load capacity and lower consumption.
EXTERIOR E FRONTAL
Front tilted 21º
In the Organic range, the inclined front 21º model E facilitates the discharge.
It has a thickness of 4 mm and cylinder HYVA179, larger diameter series, which increases the stability in tilting.
DOORS
Compatibility
The Organic range is compatible with a large number of doors.
The ideal option is the one-piece door without a hatch, which favors watertightness.
OVERFLOW LIMITERS
Front or rear plates
No braking or bump will cause the load to come out of the interior.
They can be front or rear and as experts in this type of transport, we have different combinations at your disposal: curved, straight line or straight folding. And being able to choose between 2 lengths. All can be dismantled since their installation is screwed.
SEALING AND RESISTANCE
Complete interior welding
For the E30 Panel body in the Organic range, the union between panels by robotic welding is standard.
LOCKS FOR DOORS
Pneumatic lock by simple chamber or with actuator
The optimum in the Organic range is the pneumatic closing by simple camera or by camera with actuator. It allows to expel in the plant the excess of fluid without having to tilt and thus avoid losing solid load.
AUXILIARY LOCKS FOR DOORS
Side and bottom auxiliary locks
To achieve a compact closure, the auxiliary side and bottom locks are the best option.
TARPAULINS
Patented bimetal guide system
The Tisvol tarpaulin with patented bimetallic guide system, becomes the optimal option of coverage system.
BUMPER
