That’s why the Metal range is designed specifically for this type of transport.
MEASUREMENTS
Two possible lengths combined with three heights
10,600 mm and 11,600 mm in length; and 1,900 mm, 2,000 mm and 2,100 mm in height. Resulting capacity: between 48 m3 and 58 m3.
CC BODYWORK
Maximum resistance
In the transport of scrap, the bodywork must have maximum resistance.
The Metal plate and ribs (CC), in any of its thickness combinations, is the most robust configuration.
DOUBLE RIB
Ultra reinforced
The ultra-reinforced version is the ideal one in the Metal range.
It is possible to double the number of ribs from the first axle of the vehicle to the door or the entire side.
In this way the resistance to such a particular load increases.
E OR C FRONTAL
Adaptable to specific needs
Metal can be adapted to the specific needs of each transport.
Tisvol offers the possibility of mounting the exterior front E, with its characteristic 21º inclination that facilitates the discharge; or the straight front C assembly, which makes the most of the entire floor size, thanks to its bell cylinder.
CHASSIS
Series width 1.400mm
There are situations in which the unloading of scrap compromises the stability of the vehicle:
Packages that do not come out, fragments that block the output.
In these situations, the extra width of 1,400 mm as standard in the entire Metal range, allows you a great increase in safety.
DOOR
Custom designed door
The Metal range has a custom designed door for this type of transport:
Two-leaf door with split espagnolette lock that allows independent upper and lower locking.
Together with the pneumatic safety lock, it is the best solution if you want to avoid risks in the discharge.
TARPAULIN
Lateral tarpaulin
The lateral tarpaulin is the option that best fits the hardness shown by the Metal range.
We have a version adapted to this range that improves the tear resistance of the canvas. It has an extra thickness protector and reinforced tops specifically.
AXLES
The hardness of the scrap transport demands the maximum to the rolling set.
SAF version BI9 is the axle that equips as standard the entire Metal range, prepared for the toughest jobs.
THICKNESS AND REINFORCEMENTS OF THE BODYWORK
It is the right solution to maximize resistance.
Floor of 8mm, side of 6mm and double ribs from the first axis, along with internal reinforcements on the side.
BUMPER
Extendable model
Due to the length of the vehicle, the Metal range comes as standard with the extendable bumper, with 2 positions: unloading and in circulation.
INOX HARDWARE
Maximum resistance to oxidation
The maximum resistance to oxidation of those door elements that suffer greater wear such as: handles, closure hooks, eyebolts and even the espagnolette locks.
TECHNOLOGY
Smartboard; the great ally of the range
It is an accessory able to provide you information on kilometers traveled, load on the axles or suspension drive among other functions.
