Two possible lengths combined with four heights
10,600 mm and 11,600 mm in length; and 1,900 mm, 2,000 mm, 2,100 mm and 2,200 mm in height. Resulting capacity: between 50 m3 and 63 m3.

The Ceres range achieves maximum capacity with the smooth configuration of its panel. It is presented as the best option to optimize the load with an interior width of 2,480 mm that ensures maximum volume and a comfortable load of pallets if needed.

E EXTERNAL FRONTAL
It adapts to all requirements
In its range there is the possibility to choose both the traditional inclined front E and the straight front C, which achieves maximum use of the load and the possibility of reaching the front with pallets.
DOORS
Universal with two espagnolette locks and crossbar
The most suitable door in Ceres is the universal door with two spagnolette locks and crossbeam, because it combines the ease of the book type opening without having to remove the tarpaulin with the simplicity of tilting discharge.

Traps, closures, actuators, discharge chutes
Tisvol offers accessories and options that completely adapt Ceres to your needs: two hatches for the two leaves, closures with cameras or actuators automatically activated from the TSV, discharge chutes or ducts of different sizes and more.
CHASSIS
Maximum stability
The best solution for vehicles of maximum capacity. The 1.400 mm wide chassis is the most stable option possible in the Ceres range.
TARPAULINS
Lateral tarpaulin, the best option
The lateral tarpaulin is the best option in the Ceres range. It combines security in the closure with the possibility of overloading when the load densities are low and more capacity is needed.
STRUCTURE OF THE BODYWORK
Bottom profile with corners
With the option of the lower profile with corners, the Ceres range is no longer palletizable. Increasing the ease of discharge and resistance.
AXLES
The maximum capacity needs the best possible rolling set.
That’s why Ceres equips, as standard, the SAF version BI9 axle with reinforced axle shaft and adapted CD customization.
DISCHARGE
Discharge chute
An indispensable accessory for the unloading of the cereal are the chutes for unloading, with option of sleeve united to the chute of 1,5 meters.
TECHNOLOGICAL ACCESSORY
Electronic suspension
Electronic suspension system ECAS of Wabco. The management of the air suspension is carried out from an electronic module located in the EBS, by means of which the system regulates the height of the suspension depending on the speed, to save fuel.
