Deze kunnen handmatig worden bediend met onze gerenommeerde ergonomische handgreep die al veel waardering heeft gekregen, of met onze pneumatische aandrijving, wat de beste optie is als het niet mogelijk is om tijdens het lossen uit de vrachtwagen te stappen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hoogte van de luiken: <\/strong>dit is rechtstreeks afhankelijk van het soort deur. Bij universele deuren met 2 vleugels bevindt het luik zich vlak bij de bodem. Voor 1-delige deuren en de VR 80mm is de standaard hoogte 170mm. Als deze afstand moet worden verkleind kan voor de 1-delige deuren gekozen worden voor de optie om het luik op een hoogte van 13 mm te vervaardigen, nagenoeg gelijk met de bodem.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dubbel scharnier:<\/strong> een tuimelaar met twee scharnieren voorkomt dat de deur beschadigd raakt tijdens het lossen, zodat er geen spanningen in de scharnieras van de deur ontstaan.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Meerdere diktes:<\/strong> de deuren van Tisvol zijn leverbaar in twee afwerkingen, waarbij kan worden gekozen uit de standaarduitvoering van 4 mm dik en de verstevigde versie van 6 mm dik. Door zijn constructie worden bij het kantelen van de kipper de slagpinnen ontgrendeld en worden deze bij het bij het neerlaten weer vastgezet. Het onderhoud is minimaal: draai de ketting met de verbindingsbout vast als dat nodig is en smeer de bouten regelmatig in.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pneumatisch slot:<\/strong> een enkelvoudig pneumatisch cilinderslot kan op twee manieren worden geproduceerd. De dwarsstangen en profielen van de deuren van Tisvol vormen een uitdaging voor de meeste machinecentra. Wij kijken graag terug op de investering in dit station als eerste stap in wat nu een van de meest geavanceerde aluminiumproductiecentra in Europa is.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Het P\/F-werkstation (deuren en voorpanelen):<\/strong> deze is uitgerust met een indrukwekkende vijfassige robot die belast is met het lassen van de deuren van de Tisvol. Hij monteert en last met de grootst mogelijke precisie en met uitstekende parameters het frame en de ribben.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De montage:<\/strong> eenvoudig, door zijn eigen gewicht. De tuimelaar ondersteunt de verbinding en zorgt voor de noodzakelijke draaiing. Een complexe handeling die op een eenvoudige manier wordt uitgevoerd, wat onze manier is om ervoor te zorgen dat alles goed wordt aangepast.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De fittest:<\/strong> deze wordt uitgevoerd in een van de laatste productiestations. De deurinstelling wordt gecontroleerd: het openen en sluiten en de soepelheid van de vleugels.
