Pour les portes en une pi\u00e8ce, la hauteur standard est de 170\u00a0mm et de 80\u00a0mm en cas de VR. De par sa structure, en inclinant le basculant, les g\u00e2chettes de verrouillage sont lib\u00e9r\u00e9es, et elles sont fix\u00e9es lorsqu\u2019il descend. Les traverses et les profil\u00e9s des portes Tisvol sont un d\u00e9fi de fabrication pour la plupart des centres d&rsquo;usinage. Nous aimons nous rappeler de l&rsquo;investissement dans cette station en tant que le premier pas de ce qui est \u00e0 ce jour l&rsquo;un des centres de production en aluminium les plus avanc\u00e9s d\u2019Europe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La station P\/F (portes et faces avant):<\/strong> Elle est munie d\u2019un impressionnant robot \u00e0 cinq essieux qui est charg\u00e9 des soudages des portes Tisvol. Elle fixe et soude le cadre et les poteaux avec la plus grande pr\u00e9cision et les param\u00e8tres id\u00e9aux.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le montage:<\/strong> Simple, par son propre poids. Le balancier supporte l&rsquo;union et fait les tours n\u00e9cessaires. Une op\u00e9ration complexe effectu\u00e9e de fa\u00e7on simple, il s\u2019agit de notre fa\u00e7on de nous assurer que tout est bien r\u00e9gl\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019essai de r\u00e9glage:<\/strong> Dans l&rsquo;une des stations finales de fabrication. L\u2019on v\u00e9rifie le r\u00e9glage de la prote: l\u2019ouverture et les fermetures, outre la facilit\u00e9 de mouvement des portes.
